Are your holders fully weather resistant?
All our holders are fully weather resistant and are designed and manufactured to withstand the harshest of weather conditions/climates.
What are your holders made of?
Our holders are made from 100% recyclable Rigid UPVC and ABS Polymer
How long will a holder last?
Due to the nature of the materials used these will not disintegrate in the same way granite, slate and stone does, meaning the lifespan of the holder will stretch beyond 25 years.
Can holders be purchased separately?
Yes, Holders can be purchased separately under the holders section of our website.
What variations of holders do you sell?
At the moment we manufacture and stock 3 types of holder:

- Hanging Holder
- Grave Marker
What colours do your holders come in?
Black, White, Green, Dark Green, Blue, Navy Blue, Red, Yellow, Orange (all of which can viewed in the holders section of the website)
Does a holder come with a FabAngel Card?
No, FabAngel cards must be purchased separately under the FabAngel card section of the website

Does the hanging holder come with all necessary fixings?
Yes, all fixings are supplied along with the hanging holder.
What’s the best method for placing my holder into the ground?
For soft ground simply apply pressure and push your holder into the soil/dirt. For hard ground we recommend pouring water into the soil to soften it before inserting your holder. If the ground is rock hard due to a drought, then you will need to use a shovel, hoe, or a trowel to churn the dirt before inserting your holder.

Yes, all our holders are manufactured from the finest recyclable polymer.

Are your FabAngel cards weatherproof?
Yes, all our FabAngel cards are fully weatherproof and have been rigorously tested in extreme conditions (please see our weather durability video in the What is a FabAngel section of the website).
Will your FabAngel cards fade in the sunlight?
Due to the unique printing process used at FabAngels, all of our Cards are designed and produced to be fade resistant.
How long will your FabAngel cards last?
The materials used to create our FabAngel cards are extremely durable and have been known to last beyond 10 years but due to the dynamic nature of the product most customers interchange them well before this time period.

Are your FabAngel Cards fully recyclable?
Yes, all our FabAngel cards are fully recyclable due to the material used.
If I realise, I’ve made a mistake in my personalisation after checkout, what will I do?
If you contact us within 24hrs of purchase we may be able to rectify this for you before your Card is sent to print.
If my FabAngel arrives and I notice a mistake, what will I do?
Unfortunately, you will need to re-create another card in our online store and purchase it again.
If I want a bespoke card, is there an option for this?
Yes, please email us your bespoke design request at [email protected] and our team of design experts will look into the concept for you or alternatively you can select the Contact us Page and submit your request using our online form.
If I want a bespoke verse on a card, is there an option for this?
Yes, depending on the card template selected you can add your own verse using our personalisation tool but if the design you would like a verse added to already has one in place, then we can change this for you for an additional £7.50. For a change of verse please contact [email protected] and quote the card product code you would like your own verse added to or alternatively you can select the Contact us button at the bottom of our website and submit your verse change request using our online platform.
Does FabAngels have card designs for every occasion?
We have card designs created for all of the main UK occasions/celebrations however in the near future we plan on expanding the design portfolio to cater for multi-cultural / multireligious occasions that are celebrated across the globe.
Does FabAngels do cards for Pets?
Yes, we have a range of pet FabAngel card designs that will continuously expand and grow each year.

What courier does FabAngels use for its shipping?
All our products are shipped using reputable hand selected carriers.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard free shipping – 2nd Class – 5-7 business days to arrive.
Express Service – 1st Class – 3-5 business days to arrive. (+2.99)
Express Tracked & signed – 1st Class Tracked & signed – 3-5 business days to arrive. (+ £4.99)

How do I track my order if I’ve paid for tracking?
You can track your order via the link sent to you in your order confirmation email.
My order was dispatched but didn’t arrive, what will I do?
Please contact [email protected] and a member of our team will get back to you asap and help you find a resolution.
Returns
Can I return a FabAngel card after purchase?
Unfortunately, due to the personalised nature of the product we can not accept Card returns.
Can I return a Holder after purchase?
You may return a Holder within 30 calendar days of delivery, and you will receive 100% refund. The product is eligible for return if it is in the original state and has not been used. Return Holders need to be sent at the customer’s own expense.
My order has arrived damaged, what will I do?
Please contact [email protected] and a member of our team will get back to you asap and help you find a resolution.
Where will I send my return item?

How should my return be packaged?
Please write down your full shipping details on the package as per your order and put a note with your order number inside it.
Who covers the cost of my return?
Returns need to be sent at the customer’s own expense.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
After we receive the package, we will contact you to confirm that your order has been cancelled. Your refund should be transferred to you within 14 days of cancellation; however, we will do our best to do it asap.
Payment
What payment options can be used?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Android Pay, PayPal and Klarna.
Can I pay for a FabAngel over the phone?
Unfortunately, we do not have this function at the present moment.
Why am I having payment problems at checkout?
If you receive an error message on screen after a short wait, try and enter your card details again, making sure you check everything correctly – it’s often easy to enter a wrong CV2 / security code or expiry date. If you still have no luck, contact us ([email protected]) and we’ll assist you.
Are my bank details secure at checkout?
We don’t store your card details personally; we use a third-party company called Stripe. They are a Level 1 PCI-compliant payment service provider who specialise in this type of security, so rest assured they can be trusted to keep your information safe.

FabWorld is FabAngels pledge to humanity and reflects our core values as a business, a little goes a long way and giving back / helping people around the globe is at the heart of everything we do.
Will a tree be planted for every purchase from FabAngels?
Yes, we promise that for every sale on FabAngels website a baby tree will be planted as part of our effort to support the environment for future generations.
Where are the trees planted and why?
All our trees are planted in Africa as part of the Forest Garden project which has been designed to combat deforestation, restore wildlife, support poverty, help battle climate change and provides starving families with the know how to begin farming crops and harvesting fruit from fruit trees.
What Charities can I donate to at checkout?
We are in talks with multiple charities and will update the website as and when charities are ready to go-live in partnership with FabAngels.
Can I sponsor a FabAngels charity event?
Yes, for each up and coming charity event we will share a “Just Giving link” on our FabWorld section of the website where you can simply go in and offer up a donation or alternatively you will have the option at checkout under the charity dropdown.
My FabAngels (Account)
I have forgotten My username & password, what will I do?
Don’t worry! For security reasons we don’t keep a record of passwords, but we can email you a link so you can reset it yourself in no time. Navigate to the Sign In/Create Account page, click on ‘Forgot Password?’ and enter your registered email address. Once you’ve requested an email, you’ll shortly find a link in your inbox leading you to a page where you can reset your password.
How do I update my personal details within my account?
Once signed in to your FabAngels account you can update your personal details by simply selecting “my account details” and changing the existing saved details and clicking update & save.

Security is extremely important to us and we are committed to protecting your privacy. We are registered as required under the Data Protection Act 1998 and our site is checked daily by McAfee and Comodo to protect your personal details.
